1/2 Barbeque Chicken

1 1/2 lbs of Oven Roasted Chicken and seasoned with a tangy Barbeque Sauce and served with Mashed Potato, Peas & Carrots.



Chicken Florentine

Skinless Chicken Breast Stuffed Spinach and Crème Cheese topped with a  Crème Sauce, served with Green Beans, Skinless Seasoned Roasted Potato. 


Veal Parmigana

6oz Beaded Veal topped with Meat Sauce and Cheese, served with Spaghetti Meat Sauce.


Salmon Filet

6oz Atlantic Salmon Charcoal Broiled and Topped with a Burnase Sauce, served with Steamed Garden Veggies and Rice Pilaf


Roast Turkey - Traditional Holiday Style

6oz Turkey (White and Dark) served on bed of Seasoned Stuffing, topped with White Sauce. Mashed Potato side dish and Assorted Steamed Vegetables, and Whole Cranberries.
