This healthy fruit pizza has your name written all over it.
This fruit pizza is not your traditional fruit pizza recipe which consists of a sugar cookie crust and cream cheese filling.
Instead, we make a delicious gluten-free granola crust with a lightened up Greek yogurt filling!
I’ll even throw in tips for how to make this healthy fruit pizza recipe vegan.

Ingredients for healthy fruit pizza
For the granola crust:
- Rolled oats
- Shredded coconut
- Honey
- Coconut sugar
- Cinnamon
- Vanilla
- Salt
- Coconut oil
- Flax “egg”
- Almond flour
For the Greek yogurt filling:
- Vanilla Greek Yogurt (I like Chobani)
- Juice from 1/2 orange
Plus all the fruit your heart desires!
How to make healthy fruit pizza
- Mix all the ingredients for the crust in a mixing bowl until all the ingredients are well combined.
- Transfer to a tart pan or a springform pan and press into an even layer
- Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
Tips:
- A 9-inch cake pan makes a rather thick layer. If you prefer a thinner layer, I suggest a bigger pan with edges (like a tart pan) or halving the recipe for the crust!
Once the crust is baked and cooled, spread Greek yogurt topping onto crust. Next, arrange fruit however you’d like!
Voila! A healthy fruit pizza!
How to make this healthy fruit pizza vegan:
The two ingredients that do not make this recipe vegan are honey and Greek yogurt.
- For the honey, try substituting agave or maple syrup.
- For Greek yogurt, you’ll want a thick plant-based yogurt to make a thick, spreadable topping. Most vegan yogurts I found were too thin.
I recommend mixing half vegan vanilla yogurt with some vegan cream cheese to thicken it up! Add some maple syrup or agave to sweeten if desired.
Fruit for fruit pizza:
- Berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, etc.)
- Pineapple
- Kiwi
- Mandarin oranges
- Mango
- Pomegranate perils
Use a combination of any fruit you’d like. You can try berries for a healthy and festive Fourth of July dessert or all tropical fruits and top with some extra coconut!
How long will fruit pizza keep?
This lasts in the fridge for about 5 days.
If you would like to pre-bake the crust, you can keep it in the fridge, then decorate right before serving.

Ingredients
Granola Crust:
- 1 flax egg (1 Tablespoon ground flax seed + 3 Tablespoons water)
- 1.5 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/3 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 3 Tablespoons coconut oil melted
- 1/4 cup agave can substitiute with honey if not vegan
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- pinch salt
Greek Yogurt Filling:
- 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt can substitute with a plant based yogurt; see notes
- juice from 1/2 orange
Fruit Topping (suggestions):
- 1 kiwi peeled and sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh pineapple diced
- 1/4 cup fresh mango diced
- 1/4 cup fresh strawberries slices
- 1/4 cup blackberries
Tools:
- 9-inch tart pan or springform pan
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Make flax "egg": In a small bowl, mix ground flaxseed with water. Let sit 5-10 minutes until it becomes gelatinous.
In a large mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients for the crust.
Press down into an even layer in a tart pan.
Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool completely before removing from the pan. You can put it in the fridge to speed up this step!
Mix together yogurt and orange juice. Spread a thin layer on top of crust.
Top with desired fruit and drizzle with honey (optional). Cut into slices and serve. Leftovers keep in the fridge for about 5 days.

Notes
To make the yogurt filling, I find vegan yogurt to be too thin. You can add vegan cream cheese to vegan yogurt to thicken it up!
